The Credentialing Committee, led by Dr. Louis Domenico and Natassia Orr, is dedicated to applying standardized criteria when reviewing the credentials and qualifications of applicants seeking initial, revised, or renewed privileges, ultimately providing a privileging recommendation to the center's physician leader. This committee also plays a key role in developing standardized criteria for new procedures or provider specialties, ensuring that all processes remain aligned with the medical staff bylaws and policies.
In addition to this core responsibility, the committee offers clinical oversight and serves as a consultative body for any significant proposed changes to the credentialing and privileging processes or criteria.
