Prateek Sanghera, MD

Prateek Sanghera, MD is an interventional nephrologist with an expertise in dialysis access procedures, vascular innovation, and physician education. He currently serves as an Interventional Nephrologist with Azura Vascular Care and Nevada Kidney Disease & Hypertension Centers in Las Vegas. Dr Sanghera has held key roles such as Medical Director, Advisory Board Member and Educator. He contributes to national training programs and clinical research, including as Principal Investigator in post-market vascular access studies. Dr Sanghera completed his Nephrology Fellowship and served as Chief Fellow in Nephrology at UT Southwestern. He is certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, and his scholarly work includes journal publications, national conference presentations, and medical education contributions.
