Hardik Patel, MD is an interventional nephrologist specializing in minimally invasive procedures such as hemodialysis vascular access management, percutaneous arterio-venous fistula creations, and peritoneal dialysis (PD) placements.

Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine. He continued his training at Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center to complete his residency in internal medicine. He completed his nephrology training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.

Hardik Patel, MD is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is also certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology for hemodialysis vascular access procedures, peritoneal dialysis catheter insertions, and percutaneous AVF creations.
