Haitham Qader, MD

Haitham Qader, MD is an interventional nephrologist specializing dialysis access management. Dr. Qader provides critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. He is the Medical Director of Azura Surgery Center Renalus Pensacola.

Dr. Qader earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University in Youngstown, Ohio. While there, he was elected to serve as Chief Resident and was honored with several research awards and the Senior Resident teaching award. Dr. Qader also completed a fellowship in clinical, transplant and interventional nephrology at Louisiana State University in Shreveport.

Haitham Qader, MD is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine, the American Medical Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
