Bakhtiar Amin, MD, FASDIN is an interventional nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. He performs minimally invasive procedures to treat dysfunctional vascular accesses, providing critical care and maintenance to those with a dialysis access. Dr. Amin is the medical director of Azura Vascular Care Cincinnati.
Dr. Amin earned his medical degree from Hawler Medical University in Erbil, Iraq. He went on to complete his internship at the Directorate of Health of Erbil, in Erbil, Iraq, and residency and fellowship at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
